To My Dear² Friends,
Yes, this is going to be one of those farewell emails but I’m going to keep it short and simple. Alright, now that I've got your attention, here goes nothing. As some of you might be aware, I’ve tendered my resignation to MISC as of this morning. The letter will serve as my 24-hours notice before I actually take my leave and bid farewell to the company and all of you.
With that, I would like to thank everybody in this company who I have worked with, both directly and indirectly. Certainly our interactions have widened my experience and knowledge and I do hope the same goes to all of you. I would also like to wish you guys and the company all the best and good luck. Some of you might be wondering why I decided to leave. Truth be told, there are no personal reasons, though I do admit I did have my moments of grumbles & complaints along my close to 2 years stint here
... Nonetheless, that is just part and parcel of life; I must admit this movement was made purely as a career development step for my selfish self *wink*... Speculations aside, yes, I have received another offer that sounded too good for me to pass on… So that should explain my hasty departure today…
